Patterned Line Photo Effect

In this Photoshop CS4 Tutorial, I will write about making a line patterned photo effects. A photo effect like this one is rather popular to make movie poster or something like that. I actually don’t know what is this effect name, so I just call it Line Patterned Photo Effect.
