Lightning Stroke Photo Effect

In this Photoshop CS4 tutorial I am writing about photo effect, to add nature effects as a lightning stroke behind someone, this is as I mentioned before in last paragraph of previous tutorial. The lighning image can be made by using plugin or manually created by Photoshop.
