Photoshop Tutorial to Make Ripped Photo Effect

In this Photoshop CS4 tutorial, we will make a photo with ripped or torn effect. The major step of this tutorial is by make a selection and use it to cut half of the image. Quite simple to do, and further more this effect can be experimented to make another looks.
