Tutorial for Transform Layer’s Shape in Photoshop

Press and hold Ctrl key while dragging one of the corner transforming handle.
Skew the layer shape
Press and hold Ctrl key while dragging one of the center transforming handle. Can be done in both vertically and horizontally.
Add Perspective looks to layer
Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift key while dragging one of the corner transforming handle.
Transform layer’s shape using warp option
Warp can be activated by select it from Edit > Transform > Warp or by click the warp icon at the option bar.
After the warp option has been selected, the image you are working right now will looks like this:
To transform the shape, you can drag the line or the handle point.
