Tutorial for Transform Layer’s Shape in Photoshop
Sponsored LinksIn this Photoshop CS4 tutorial, I will explain how to transform it using keyboard shortcut. I personally like using keyboard short key rather than using Edit > Transform menu. I still using the Edit > Transform menu for some transformation such flip and quick rotate it.
To access the transforming control, first press Ctrl + T (Edit > Free Tranform)
Rotate a layer
Move the pointer outside of the transformation handle point, the pointer will change to rotating cursor. Drag to rotate the layer.
Resize Layer Proportionally
Press and hold Shift key while dragging one of the corner transforming handle.
To resize layer proportionally in simultaneous direction: Press and hold Shift + Alt while dragging one of the corner transforming handle.
