Tutorial for Transform Layer’s Shape in Photoshop

This is a Photoshop CS4 tutorial about how to transform shape of a layer. What I mean by layer in here is an unlocked layer, because locked layer can only be resized or flipped.
Layer that unlocked can be made by copy paste an image to a new layer, or by make an image’s background layer into layer 0. To do this second one is by double click the Background layer name in layer panel. Then click OK to confirm.
How To Transform a Layer’s Shape in Photoshop CS4
Transforming a layer’s shape can be done by selecting Edit > Transform > … and after the shape adjustment press Enter to confirm or Esc to discard.
