Symmetrical Artistic Lines Photoshop Effect – Nice for Wallpaper

Step 2
Duplicate the layer once. You can do this in photoshop by drag the layer name to the Create new layer icon in the lower part of Layer panel.

Step3
Rotate and move this duplicated layer a bit.

Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T many times as you like. You will get an image like this photoshop tutorial image below.

The steps 2 until 4 goal is to make a repeated layer transformation as described in previous photoshop tutorial.
