Use either the file or the template that you have made in previous steps. Now we will make an ellipse for the CD.
Use the ellipse shape tool to make a proportional ellipse image. To make sure this ellipse is proportional in its size, press and hold Shift key while you drag the pointer. This ellipse should be made inside of the guides line.
Duplicate the ellipse layer. You can do this by press Ctrl + J, or by drag the layer name in to Create new layer icon.
Change the above layer in to white. You can do this in Photoshop by double click on it thumbnail layer and select white in the color selection dialog box.
Make new guidelines as width as 1 inches square.
