How To Adjust Lighting of 3D Objects

The lighting source and color of 3D objects can be adjusted from the 3D panel. This panel can be activated from Window menu, or we can also select the Advanced 3D Workspace.

Select the Cap_Material from 3D panel. The adjustment are located at the lower part of this panel.

In this Photoshop tutorial, I adjust the Glossiness to around 80%. You can experiment with others values.

Below the cap and label material, there are infinite light which can be use to adjust the lighting source.

To enable the lighting point simulator, you can tick on two icon in the lowest part of this panel.

If you need to change the color of the lighting, you can do this by click on the small rectangle color in this panel.

Well, this only a simple object, but hopefully this Photoshop tutorial will easy to understand and make a quick learning source about making 3D objects.
