Photoshop CS4 in Extended version gives us a new feature to make 3D objects. We will make a simple object using this feature. A 3D object can be made from an ordinary layer. In this illustration image below, I made from two layers; the upper layer will be made as 3D, while the lower one will be use as background.
How to make 3D object in Photoshop CS4
From the menu bar, select 3D > New Shape from > Layer > … (and then select one of your choices)
In this Photoshop tutorial, I select the Soda Can option. And here is the result:
Now select the 3D Rotate tool in the toolbox. As you select that tool, the option bar will give us more buttons about 3D.
