How To Transform Layer Size

The distort process can be applied to two side simultaneously to make a perspective looks. To do this one, you can press and hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift while dragging the corner handle.

There is a much more shape transformation option that available since Photoshop CS2, it is the Warp option. Warp can be selected from menu; and available from option bar when you are in transformation process.

We can drag each of the handle point to change it size or shape.
