How To Transform Layer Size

Layer can be resizing by dragging the handle points on its border. If you want to resize it simultaneously on two sides, you can press and hold Alt key while dragging.

If you want to resize the layer in proportional size, you can press and hold Shift key while dragging the corner handle.

You can rotate the layer by placing the pointer in outer area of the layer, the pointer will become a rotating pointer.

There is also Ctrl key which can be use to distort layer shape. Press and hold Ctrl while you drag the corner handle to distort, or use it on the middle handle of transformation border to skew it shape.
