
In this Photoshop CS4 tutorial, I write about how to place photos / images from another image files. There are some ways to do this, depend on the proportion of images that we need to combine. Most of them will make us to open two or more files open at the same time. One is the target file, and the other is the source file.
They should be open like this one:
The target file is on below, and the source file is on above. You can drag the source file title bar to make it floating above the target file.
Place whole image areas
This is the simplest way to place an image. After you have two files opened, you just have to choose Move tool, and drag the source file to the target file. Don’t release the mouse button until the pointer hover above the target file.
