Adjusting the Rectangular Marquee Option Bar

Select the style in the option bar, there are three option that we can choose from. They are: Normal, Fixed Ratio, and Fixed Size. By default, the style is Normal.

For example we need to make rectangular selection in 2:3 aspect ratio, we simply put the number in the Width and Height of the Fixed Ratio option. By the time we make selection, no matter how we drag the Rectangular Marquee pointer, the selection will always in this ratio.
