Using Mask Panel in Photoshop CS4

The drawback of selecting a smooth feather tip, or hair, is the most smooth part of them. In this image, I can’t select the green area in edge of eagle feather. So I want to change that color to match the other feathers color.

I select Hue/Saturation in Adjustment panel to change the green color.

I select Green color and lower it’s opacity and increase it’s lightness.

When it’s done, we can change it background color easily. Because after we edit a photo in mask panel, we can add some other layer behind it as we like.
