Step 4
You will get the image you are working right now is like photoshop tutorial illustration image below.
Now press and hold Ctrl key while click on the Background Copy thumbnail layer. You will get a selection on the Photoshop layer in this photo effects tutorial.

Select Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates. Choose Rectangular to Polar (this is the active one by default), and then click OK.
Step 6
Select Filter > Distort > ZigZag. Choose Pond Ripple as Styles. Adjust the Amount and Ridges as image below. You can experiment with other measurement value. Click OK when you done.
Step 7
Select Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates. Choose Polar to Rectangular, and then click OK to make the photo effect.
