Smart crop and blur border effect
Sponsored LinksActivate the previous layer, and then select Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur menu. I use 20 pixels in Radius to make the image blurred.

The layer doesn’t have to blurred, because we can do something else on this layer. For example like this one below. I make a Hue/Saturation in adjustment panel to make the image has a different colored atmosphere.
