Smart crop and blur border effect

Adjust the selection size so it is smaller but still in proportional size. One way to do this is by pressing Shift key while dragging the selection area. Make the photo model is in a strong area (depending on the third rule), or in anywhere you want actually. Press Enter key to commit.

After the selection area is smaller, now press Ctrl+J or select Layer > New > New Layer via copy menu. This step is to make a new layer base on the selection area.

Select Layer > Layer Style > Stroke menu to make a small border around this new layer. I choose a white color with small radius (4 px) to make a white border.

Now move this new layer to some place appropriate, I move it to left a little and use it to cover the original photo model place.
