Step 4
In this step, we need to make model’s layer in to black. To do this, we have to make selection in that layer. You can do this by Ctrl + click on the layer thumbnail, or by right click on the layer thumbnail then select Select Pixels

Select Edit > Fill, and select Black on Use option. Discard the selection after the image is in black color. You can discard a selection by choose Select > Deselect menu.

Step 5
Activate the Background layer again,

And select Filter > Render > Lighting Effects. Use Soft Omni like tutorial image below, or adjust it as you like.
