Step 8
Add layer mask on that layer. You can do this by clicking the Add layer mask button at layer panel.

Select Gradient tool, make sure the color being use are black and white. Use Radial Gradient from the center of the image to one of it’s corner.

Step 9
We have done. Combine those layer by Layer > Flatten Image.
