Step 6
Select Filter > Blur Gaussian Blur. Adjust the blur as you like, or adjust it like this Photoshop tutorial image. This will make a blur effect, and depth of field effect on it.

Step 7
If you feel the hand image is not match with the motorcycle image contrast, you can adjust it by using Levels or Exposure like in this Photoshop tutorial. If you use Adjustment layer to adjust it, make sure you click the Clip to layer, so the photo effect will only affect a single layer below it.
