Making white photo frame – Method 2

Open your photo with Photoshop CS4, double clicks the Background layer name. When a dialog box appears, click OK to confirm. This way to make Background layer unlocked.

Select Edit > Stroke. Type any number you want in the Width (don’t use to much). Select white in the Color. The Location can be select between Inside or Center. Click OK to confirm.

Here is the result of this white photo frame in method 2. The whole image size still the same, but it’s cropped in the center.
