Lightning Stroke Photo Effect

Step 7
Select Gradient tool, make a Radial gradient with the center gradient located in the photo models face. The center gradient is in White color.

You will get the result as picture below.

Step 8
To make the model face and head more visible, use Brush tool to stroke black color in the place you want it more visible. Use low Opacity value.

Here is the result of this Lightning stroke photo effect that I made in Photoshop CS4. I use Burn tool to add a darker part in front of the photo models.
