Hologram Photo Effect

Step 4
Make this layer in to Black and White by select Image > Adjustment > Desaturate.

Step 5
Select Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic. Fill around 30 in the cell size. You can fill it with different value depending on your image size.

The photo will look like this image below

Step 6
Select Image > Adjustment > Levels. Click on the Auto button to make it sharp in a quick way.
