This is a simple Photoshop tutorial to make a nice photo effects. This could be use to make a glamour photo effects in just a few seconds, less than a minute to make. An effect like this one is popular to use in wedding planning photo and wedding photography.
Photoshop Steps to make Glamour Photo effects
Tutorial Step 1
Open any photo you want to use to make this effect by using Photoshop. In this Photoshop tutorial, I use a free photo collection from djcodrin / FreeDigitalPhotos.net.
Tutorial Step 2
Duplicate the background layer. The quickest to do this is by pressing Ctrl + J.
Tutorial Step 3
Change the blending mode of the above layer into Screen.
Tutorial Step 4
Select Photoshop menu: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Add a little blur radius. Similar with the simple photo sharpening tutorial. Click OK when you have done.
Tutorial Step 5
Combine the layers by select Photoshop menu: Layer > Flatten Image. Here is the result of the glamour photo effect that we made using Photoshop. This photo effect can be made in Photoshop CS4, Photoshop CS5, or in any previous version.
